Gratitude, thanks, and appreciation are keys to a happy marriage. Studies show that people who regularly found things to be grateful for were happier. Practicing a simple gratitude exercise each day will bless you with a better attitude and happier disposition.

When you’re happier you are more optimistic, you are quicker to laugh, and you are more joyful. These positive emotions will help you to be more successful in life and in your marriage.

Starting this Sunday afternoon sit down with your spouse and write down 5 things
you are grateful for. Continue this each week for the next 10 weeks. You will feel more grateful, more appreciative, and happier. And your spouse will too!
